Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with customers for feedback or further communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Maintain records of conversations in the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Good communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Understanding of basic principles of Ayurveda (Doshas – Vata, Pitta, Kapha)
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs and formulations
