Job Description:

• Should be able to speak with decision makers of the other corporate companies and generate leads
• Capable of handling outbound & Inbound calls and explain all range and USP of the Oriheal products
• Candidate should have good english communication skills
• Candidate should be able to resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
• Schedule appointments to meet prospective partners & customers
• Should be focused to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
• Should be able to work under pressure and multitasker as we are on growing stage
• Maintaining administrative and operational records
• Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
