Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, convert leads, and provide accurate information about our products/services to potential customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide complete information to customers.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update CRM regularly.
• Follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and build strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently or escalate when required.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months–2 years of telecalling/telemarketing experience (freshers may also apply depending on company policy).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi/English.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Preferred SkillsPrior experience in sales, loans, finance, or customer service.
