Smart Fashion Group is hiring enthusiastic and confident individuals for a Client Communication & Support role. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about fashion, communication, and customer care.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling calls, queries, and guiding them with detailed information related to our fashion services and clothing projects.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to/from clients interested in fashion projects or services.

Explain company details, clothing-related services, and how to apply for shoots or registrations.

Resolve client queries politely and professionally over call or WhatsApp.

Maintain proper follow-up with interested clients.

Guide clients about portfolio, registration, and process steps.

Share correct and timely updates from the company to clients.

Maintain client data and communication records.
