Telecaller

We are hiring an experienced Female Telecaller for handling customer calls related to Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loans. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for Loan Against Property and Home Loan services

• Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility to customers

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records

• Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, preferably in Loans / Finance / Banking

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English

• Ability to handle customer queries and convert leads

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM preferred)

Office Timings- 11am - 7pm
