Job Description
Telecaller/ TEAM LEADER / MANAGER (Loan Industry)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close loan sales
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to potential customers
- Meet daily call targets and conversion goals
- Update customer data in CRM software
- Coordinate with sales team and customers for loan processing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills required
- Experience: 0-2 years (freshers welcome)
- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + incentives
