📢 We’re Hiring: Telecallers (Customer Support & Sales) – Travel AgencyWe are looking for confident and proactive Telecallers who can handle customer queries, provide information about tour packages, and convince customers why a particular package is best for them.

Most of the communication will be through WhatsApp and calls.

• 🔹 ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Explain tour packages clearly and confidently.
• Convince customers why the suggested package suits their needs.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.
• Assist customers with booking details, pricing, and travel information.
• Maintain records of conversations and update daily leads.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve any travel-related doubts.
• 🔹 RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English).
• Ability to convince customers politely and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp, calls, and simple CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is a plus (not mandatory).
