Job Description
- Outbound Calls: Contact prospects to introduce products/services, build rapport, and persuade them to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, and manage the sales pipeline to convert prospects.
- Customer Support & Inbound: Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide information regarding products or services.
- Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, update customer information, and maintain databases using CRM tools.
