Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products and services clearly.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain good relationships with customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi / English / Tamil (any two preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Confident, positive attitude and convincing skills.

• Fresher candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

• Experience in telesales or telecalling will be an added advantage.
