Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller for Personal Loan and Business Loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for Personal & Business Loan sales
- Explain loan features, eligibility, ROI, and documentation
- Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
- Maintain proper call records and customer data
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for case processing
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
