Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller (Outbound Process) to make outgoing calls to customers, explain products or services, and generate leads or sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain company products or services clearly
• Generate leads and close sales as per targets
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and update customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Handle basic customer queries professionally
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills
• Ability to speak confidently on calls
• Basic computer knowledge
• Target-oriented and positive attitude
• Experience in outbound calling / tele sales preferred
• Salary:Fixed salary + incentives (as applicable)
