Job SummaryWe are hiring a motivated and energetic Loan Telecaller to join our finance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, collecting required documents, and converting leads into successful loan files. This position offers an attractive incentive of ₹5,000 per approved file in addition to the base salary.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan / Business Loan / Credit Card / Mortgage (as applicable)
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and required documents
• Generate leads and convert them into completed loan files
• Follow up with customers to collect documents and verify details
• Maintain an updated database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Coordinate with sales officers/loan managers for file processing
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan file targets
• Maintain professionalism and handle customer queries effectively
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company guidelines
