As a Telecaller at Worldwise Education Consultants, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and building lasting relationships. Your proficiency in Hindi and English, along with strong interpersonal skills, will be essential in effectively communicating with clients and understanding their needs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads.

2. Follow up with existing clients to provide information and assistance as needed.

3. Maintain a database of client information and interactions for future reference.

4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and effective approach to client communication.

5. Listen to client feedback and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

6. Work towards achieving targets and goals set by the company to drive business growth.

7. Continuously improve your knowledge of our services and offerings to better assist clients and provide accurate information.
