Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient/Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients about P&O services, offers, and device care.
• Appointment & Follow-up: Schedule, confirm, and manage consultations, fittings, and check-ups.
• Information & Education: Answer questions about prosthetics (artificial limbs) and orthotics (braces, supports), explaining device usage and the process.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify needs, explain product benefits, and pass qualified leads to sales/clinical teams.
• Referral Coordination: Follow up with doctors and therapists to maintain referral streams.
• Data Management: Accurately log all calls, patient details, and feedback in the system. 

Skills Needed:

• Strong communication (clear speaking, active listening) and customer service.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive, respectful tone.
• Basic understanding of P&O services is a plus.
• Sales/telemarketing experience (helpful).
