Job Title: Telesales / Customer Support Executive (Europe Clients)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telesales / Customer Support Executive to manage communication with clients based in Europe. The role involves handling inquiries, promoting FMCG and grocery products, maintaining client relationships, and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in Europe.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Introduce and promote FMCG and grocery product offerings to clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Follow up on leads and assist in converting inquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident speaking over phone with international clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Ability to maintain professional communication and build relationships.
• Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM tools preferred).

Working Hours:

• Option 1: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM (IST)
• Option 2: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST)
