Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information about our products/services, and handling customer queries in a polite and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Answer customer questions and address concerns
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Ensure a positive customer experience on every call

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Under Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Good listening skills and clear speaking ability
• Professional attitude and punctuality
