Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Health Insurance से related inbound & outbound calls handle करना
- Customers को policy details, benefits, coverage और premium explain करना
- Interested customers का proper follow-up लेना
- Customer queries और objections को politely handle करना
- Daily calling report और CRM/Excel में data update करना
- Monthly targets achieve करना
Required Skills:
- Hindi communication strong, English basic
- Convincing power और good listening skills
- Customer handling & problem-solving ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset
Eligibility:
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Telecalling / Insurance experience वालों को preference
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
