Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computer Operator-cum-Telecaller who can efficiently handle computer-based tasks along with making and receiving phone calls. The candidate should be comfortable with data entry, basic office software, and customer communication.

• Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in computer systems
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers or clients
• Provide information about company products/services over the phone
• Update call details and customer information in databases
• Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required
• Handle emails and basic office correspondence
• Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10+2
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email)
• Good communication skills in local language and/or English
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Basic typing skills with accuracy
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
• Experience:Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply
• Prior experience in telecalling or data entry is an advantage
• Work Environment:Office-based role
