Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers for inquiries, follow-ups, promotions, or feedback.
• Receive incoming calls and respond to customer queries politely and professionally.
• Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain call records, customer details, and follow-up status.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets as assigned.
• Escalate customer issues to the concerned department when required.

Computer & Office Duties:

• Enter and update data accurately in computer systems or spreadsheets.
• Prepare basic reports, documents, and emails.
• Maintain digital records and files systematically.
• Assist with office documentation and printing/scanning work.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
