Job Description
Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Telecaller cum Data Entry Executive to handle customer calls, follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the company database.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects for follow-ups and enquiries
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
• Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
• Perform accurate data entry in ERP / Excel / CRM
• Coordinate with the sales team for enquiry handling
• Maintain organized records of leads and customer communication

Required Skills
• Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales follow-up
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
• Good typing speed and attention to detail
• Professional phone etiquette
