Telecaller (Female)

Role & responsibilities

• The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring a positive brand experience. Key Responsibilities.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries efficiently.
• Explain product features, services and offers clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain a polite, professional and positive attitude at all times.
