We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over calls, explaining products/services, and handling their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Maintain and update customer records
- Follow up with interested customers
Requirements:
