Telecaller – Insurance Sales

Job Summary:

M11 Insurance is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to promote and sell insurance products over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining policy benefits, and generating sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain insurance products and resolve customer queries.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

Maintain customer database and call records.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office.

Experience in insurance sales or telecalling (preferred).

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on performance)
