Telecaller (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote Ayurvedic products
• Explain product benefits, usage, and pricing to customers in Hindi
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain customer database and update call records regularly
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
