Telecaller (No Target/Fixed Salary)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and usage details clearly to support informed customer decisions.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and objections efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM or sales management systems.
• Follow up with qualified leads to support steady sales conversions.
• Work in a supportive, no-pressure environment focused on quality communication rather than aggressive selling.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or sales is preferred; experience in healthcare or Ayurvedic products will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in Hindi and English.
• Professional approach with basic convincing and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with structured processes.
• Basic knowledge of computers, internet usage, and CRM software.
