Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to prospects to close deals.

Lead Management: Generate, follow up, and nurture leads to convert them into active customers.

Customer Engagement: Explain about NGOs Projects effectively while handling objections.

Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of Organization to answer questions and offer solutions.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English or Hindi.

Persuasion: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Soft Skills: Active listening, patience, resilience to handle rejection, and a professional attitude.
