Telecaller – Sales Role (Daily Targets & Responsibilities)

Primary Objective

- Meet or exceed the daily sales target set by management.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Dial assigned leads from CRM, introduce product/service, and pitch value proposition.

- Lead Qualification: Ask probing questions, assess need, budget, and decision‑maker status; tag leads as hot, warm, or cold.

- Sales Conversion: Close deals or secure appointments for senior sales staff; record order details accurately.

- Follow‑up: Schedule callbacks, send quotation emails, and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.

- CRM Management: Log call outcomes, update contact information, and move leads through pipeline stages in real time.

- Performance Tracking: Record daily call volume, conversion rate, and revenue; report numbers to team lead at shift end.

- Script Adherence & Improvement: Use approved scripts, but suggest tweaks based on customer feedback.

- Compliance: Follow Do‑Not‑Call lists, data‑privacy rules, and company sales policies.

- Team Collaboration: Share successful tactics, attend daily huddles, and support peers with challenging calls.
