Position: Outbound Telecaller
Location: Naraina Vihar, Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
Follow up on leads and maintain call records
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector preferred
Strong customer handling and sales skills
