Job Title: Telecaller / Counsellor – Appointment Scheduling

Location: Malviya Nagar, South Delhi (Office-based)

Salary: ₹25,000 Fixed + ₹3,000 incentive per successful sale

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident Telecaller / Counsellor to speak with potential customers from our database and schedule appointments for our Sales Advisor.

This role involves professional conversations with HNIs, home/ business owners and working professionals to introduce product and fix a suitable appointment.

This job does not require hard selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers from the provided database

• Introduce our air quality solution (NOT AN AIR PURIFIER) in a clear and professional manner

• Understand the customer's interest level through conversation

• Schedule appointments for our Sales Advisor to visit the customer

• Maintain basic call records and follow-ups

• Ensure prospects are well informed before the Advisor meeting

Experience Required

• Minimum 1.5 and up to 4 years experience in telecalling, counselling, inside sales, or customer relationship roles

Preferred Previous Work Areas

Candidates with experience in the following sectors will be preferred:

• Education counselling (coaching institutes / overseas education / training institutes)

• EdTech sales or student counselling

• Insurance relationship calling

• Healthcare consultation calling

• Customer relationship executive roles

Skills Required

• Fluent and confident communication

• Good conversational English

• Ability to speak confidently with professionals and homeowners

• Polite and engaging communication style

• Good listening and convincing skills

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
