Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cloud Renewal Executive to manage and follow up on customer renewals for our cloud, biometric, and attendance management products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring timely subscription renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle renewal calls for cloud-based services and products
• Follow up with existing clients for subscription renewals
• Maintain customer database and renewal records
• Coordinate with the support team for issue resolution
• Achieve monthly renewal targets
• Provide basic product information related to biometrics and attendance systems

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of telecom / IT services
• Ability to achieve targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)
