Job Title: Telecaller (IT Industry)

Location: Moti Nagar, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller with at least 1 year of experience to manage inbound and outbound calls in the IT industry. The candidate should have clear communication skills and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Handle inbound inquiries and explain IT services
• Maintain call records and customer data
• Follow up with interested clients
• Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year telecalling/customer support experience
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Professional and polite attitude

Additional Information:

• No sales target
• Fixed salary
