Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results

driven Telecaller to join our fast growing fintech company. As a

Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone, providing information

about our financial products and services, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate

should possess excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This

role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate our value propo sition and build strong

relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote our financial products and services.

2. Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to

potential customers.

3. Follow a script to ensure the delivery of consistent messaging and accurate information about our offerings.

4. Provide information about pricing, benefits, and any special deals or promotions to customers.

5. Address customer inqu

iries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within

the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.

7. Achieve and consistently exce

ed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

8. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

9. Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities to effectively contribute to the

development of sales strategie s.

10. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide insights for

improving customer engagement.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role in the financial services secto

r.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

4. Ability to multi

task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

5. Ability to work in a fast

paced and dynamic environment.

. Familiarity with financ ial products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts is a plus.
