Job Description for tele calling
- Make outbound calls to warm/cold leads from database
- Introduce company, pitch product/service & qualify prospects (budget, need, timeline)
- Handle objections calmly, upsell/cross‑sell when fit
- Record call outcomes, update CRM instantly
- Meet daily call targets & conversion goals
- Follow up on callbacks, schedule appointments for sales team
Must‑haves
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi
- 0–2 yrs experience (freshers welcome if confident)
- Basic computer & CRM navigation skills 💻
- Confident, patient, persuasive voice
