Job Description: Telemarketing Executive (NGO Sector)

Experience Required: 4–8 Years

Location: (Mandi gaon-South delhi)


About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Executive to support our fundraising and donor engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, previous experience in telecalling/telemarketing, and the ability to engage donors professionally while representing the organization’s values.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective donors, supporters, and partners.
  • Explain the organization’s mission, campaigns, and impact in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Convert leads into confirmed donors through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update donor databases, call logs, and follow-up details.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly fundraising / donation targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with supporters by providing timely updates and thank-you acknowledgments.
  • Follow structured scripts while also adapting communication style based on the caller.
  • Handle incoming queries related to donations, volunteering, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising team to plan calling strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain high professionalism and comply with all NGO ethical and communication guidelines.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4–8 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, fundraising, or donor management.
  • Prior experience in an NGO, fundraising, or customer engagement role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work with targets and manage pressure professionally.
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, patience, and compassion toward social causes.
  • Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
