Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Domestic BPO
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers from provided data.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call records and update data regularly.
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior BPO/Telecalling experience is a plus.
