  • Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential and existing customers (B2B/B2C) to sell hotel rooms, event space, and tailored packages.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential corporate clients or leisure guests, follow up on leads, and turn inquiries into bookings.
  • Customer Engagement: Explain hotel facilities, room types, pricing, and promotional offers to clients.
  • Booking Management: Process bookings, handle enquiries, and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Database Management: Update customer information, call logs, and booking details in the CRM system.
