Telecalling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and their families.

• Provide information about our counseling services and programs.

• Answer questions and address concerns related to educational pathways.

• Schedule appointments for counseling sessions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in our database.

• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled a visit.

• Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
