Role Overview:We are seeking passionate and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our fundraising team. As a Fundraiser, you will play a crucial role in mobilizing financial support for our social initiatives by reaching out to potential donors over the phone.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to individuals from the donor database and introduce them to our campaigns.
• Clearly communicate the purpose, impact, and need for donations to potential contributors.
• Convince and inspire individuals to support our causes through one-time or recurring donations.
• Maintain donor data and call logs accurately in the database.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to the team's overall fundraising goals.
• Handle donor queries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and pitch delivery.
• Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate in any field.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Passion for social work and the NGO sector.
• Confidence, patience, and persistence in handling conversations with diverse individuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools or CRM systems.
• Prior experience in telecalling or fundraising is an advantage but not mandatory.
