Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Calling Executive to join our team at Floxora Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, and explaining our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide proper information about our services.
• Explain digital marketing services such as Website Development, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Management.
• Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
• Follow up with interested clients and convert them into customers.
• Maintain professional communication with clients.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi / Basic English.
• Basic knowledge of calling or sales will be a plus.
• Confidence in speaking with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
