Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Tele-calling & Sales Professional who is confident in communication and interested in building real-world sales skills. This role involves speaking with potential customers, understanding their needs, and driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads and explain our offerings
• Handle inbound inquiries (calls/WhatsApp)
• Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solutions
• Follow up with interested leads and maintain lead status
• Update data and track conversations in a structured manner
• Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions

Who Should Apply

• Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
• Comfortable talking to new people and handling objections
• Interested in sales, business, or customer-facing roles
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Prior calling/sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
