Telecalling Executive

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining company services, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting business development.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about company services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call logs regularly.
• Handle customer questions, resolve basic issues, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and meet sales conversion goals.
• Maintain professionalism, product knowledge, and excellent communication on every call.
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall revenue goals.
• Required Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduation preferred.
