Telecalling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to connect with potential and existing customers over the phone. The role involves explaining our services, generating leads, resolving queries, and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly to customers
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain accurate call records and customer data
• Address customer queries and provide required information
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems (preferred)
• Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers
• Patient, confident, and target-driven mindset
