Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads
• Explain courses, colleges, universities, and admission procedures clearly
• Counsel students for UG, PG, CUET, professional & abroad education options
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into admissions
• Maintain call records, follow-up data, and student details accurately
• Coordinate with the counseling and admission team
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic knowledge of education/admissions is a plus
• Confident, polite, and persuasive calling skills
• Ability to handle students and parents professionally
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
