We’re Hiring: Telecaller – B2B Sales | Bathroom Fittings Industry

We are a reputed manufacturer of C.P. bathroom fittings and traders of all types of bathroom accessories, proudly serving the B2B offline market for the last 30 years. In the past year, we've also expanded into the online B2B market through platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, and more.

To support our growing digital presence, we're looking for a Telecaller to join our sales team.

🔹 Role: Telecaller – Sales & Follow-ups (B2B)

📍 Location: East Delhi

🕘 Timing: (Full-time)

✅ Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective and existing B2B customers.

* Handle inquiries received through online platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, etc.

* Share product details, pricing, and quotations.

* Follow up regularly with interested leads to close deals.

* Maintain daily call logs and update CRM.

* Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams when needed.

🎯 Requirements:

* Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

* Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven

* Experience in B2B calling/sales will be preferred

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with online platforms

💰 Compensation:

Fixed Salary (based on experience)
