Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively
- Coordinate with the sales team and report performance to the manager
