Position Details
- Role: Tele Caller Executive
- Office Locations: Saket, Delhi
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Work Mode: 6 Days working
- Salary Budget: ₹Upto 18,000 per month (depending on skill set)
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from the provided database.
- Inform customers about hospital facilities, treatment packages, health check-up plans, and ongoing offers.
- Explain the benefits clearly and persuade customers to visit the hospital.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
- Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Coordinate with front desk and hospital staff for smooth patient visits.
