Business Development Executive


Location: NSP

Job Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for business expansion, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:


✅ Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.

✅ Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

✅ Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.

✅ Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.

✅ Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize profitability.

✅ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness.

✅ Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

✅ Maintain an up-to-date database of sales activities in CRM software.


Requirements & Qualifications:


✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✔️ Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️ Knowledge of CRM tools and business development strategies.

✔️ Prior experience in [Industry-Specific Experience] is a plus.
