• Explain loan services, eligibility, and benefits to customers clearly and professionally
• Collect required documents from interested clients and assist in the loan application process
• Meet daily calling targets and follow-up with leads regularly

Maintain a polite and confident tone while communicating

• 📞 Required Skills:Excellent communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
• Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of loan or finance processes will be an added benefit
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
