Job Description
We are looking for a telecaller to handle outgoing and incoming calls, explain our clinic services, and help patients book and confirm appointments. The role includes calling leads, following up on enquiries, sharing information about treatments/offers, updating call details in Excel/CRM, and maintaining polite and professional communication at all times. Candidates should have good English speaking skills, clear telephone etiquette, and comfort in working with daily call targets and follow‑ups.
