Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services, generate leads, and handle customer queries.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
• Answer customer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up with customers when required.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and performance targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).
• Good communication skills (verbal and listening).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain patient.
• Persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
